Youth Sports Physicals!
Committed to keeping local youth in the game, Salem Health is offering free sports physicals to support athletes’ health and safety. Sports physicals will be available for middle and high school students (6th – 12th grades)
When: Saturday, August 1, 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Where: Central Health and Wellness Center, 1601 Monmouth St., Independence
What to bring: Parent or guardian (not required if youth is 15 years or older) and a completed OSAA form. Please visit OSAA for the form. Copies will be available at the event.
