Our 7th and 8th grade football teams were both away this week. Here's what coaches had to share!

7th Grade Team vs. Sweet Home: The game ended as a 0-0 tie. It was a very back-and-forth game. We struggled a bit on offense last night, so back to the drawing board we go to fix and work on our mistakes. The defense gets a shout out as the stars of the game. They did fantastic and kept us in the game the whole time. They truly left everything on the field last night!

8th Grade Team vs. Cascade: A 42-0 loss. Great second half from our team though as they didn't allow a score in the 2nd half. Ezra B. had some great catches and runs. Cruz U gave great effort the whole game, hardly even came off the field. Yarik M had a neat interception. Rowen C gave great effort and made a couple of nice tackles. Looking forward to next week vs. North Marion!

Cross Country participated at the Stayton/Regis Invitational on Thursday.

TMS Girls placed 4th overall (12 teams competed) and had 4 runners in the top 30 (almost 200 total).  Linnaea B., Laura G., Marley U., Finley S., and Jaydah O. all had new personal bests in the race.

TMS Boys placed 5th overall, edging out league rivals Stayton and Cascade on the afternoon.  Leo S. was our sole new personal best this last week.  Ayden A. and Grafton B finished 10th and 20th overall in the race.
